HUMBLE, Texas – A Houston man is facing multiple child pornography charges after being arrested by the Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s High Tech Crimes Unit.
Matthew Kirkpatrick, 30, is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.
Investigators said they received information from social network and online file sharing services regarding the trafficking of images showing the sexual assault of children
Officers said they traced the images back to Kirkpartick, a Humble resident.
The unit removed all related electronic devices and evidence after a forensic exam and follow-up investigation was completed.
His bond is set at $60,000.
